We have open positions for M.S. students (with funding) in the area of three-dimensional heterogeneous integration (3DHI). We are always looking for motivated Ph.D. students to join our group contingent to availability of funding. Please send an email to Prof. Dutta with subject "Ph.D. position in Dutta Research Group" and include a copy of C.V., unofficial transcripts and contact information for 2-3 academic or professional references. 

Undergraduate students interested in joining the group as research assistants, pursuing REU or voluntary research experience are encouraged to contact Prof. Dutta. 

Degree pursuing candidates including graduate students at UTSA seeking advisors for M.S. or Ph.D. who do not need funding or are self funded are welcome to contact Prof. Dutta.
